Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who can see it and what choices you have. We are a machinery manufacturer and supplier based in Nanjing, China, and “we”, “us” and “our” mean the company that operates this website. By using the website you acknowledge the practices described here; where the law requires your consent (for example for analytics cookies) we ask for it first.

Who is responsible for your information

The company operating this website is the controller of the personal information described below. You can reach us at any time:

Company: Nanjing ILUCKU Technologies Ltd.
Email: contact#ilucku.com (Please replace # with @)
Telephone: +86 (25) 88450465
Address: No. 10 Suojie Street, Jianye District, Nanjing 210017, China

Information we collect and why

Product inquiry (RFQ) form

When you ask for a quotation on a product page we receive the information you type in: first and last name, company, email address, telephone number (with the country prefix), country, the product you are asking about, and your message. We use it only to prepare and send you a quotation, answer your technical and commercial questions and follow up on your request.

Contact form

When you write to us through the Contact page we receive your first and last name, company, email address, telephone number and message. We use it to reply to you. If our system is set up to send an automatic confirmation, a copy of your message details is emailed to the address you entered.

Blog comments

When you comment on a blog article we receive your name, email address and comment text. Your name and comment may be shown on the article after we approve them; your email address is never published. Comments are moderated and we may refuse or remove any comment.

Technical data collected with the forms

Together with each form submission or comment we store the IP address and a timestamp. We use them to prevent spam and abuse, to investigate misuse and to keep the website secure.

Visitor statistics

We run a built-in, cookie-free traffic report. For each page view it records the page address, language, an approximate country, browser, operating system, device type, the website you came from, and a one-way code that identifies a visitor for a single day only. The code changes every day, so it cannot be used to follow you from one day to the next, and your IP address is not stored in this report. Automated robots are not counted, and visitors whose browser sends “Do Not Track” are not counted. Report data is deleted automatically after 18 months.

Google Analytics

If Google Analytics is switched on for this website, it is loaded only after you choose Accept All in the cookie notice. It sets cookies and sends usage information (such as pages viewed, approximate location and device) to Google, which processes it under its own privacy policy. If you choose Necessary Only, Google Analytics is not loaded.

Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)

Where it is enabled, Google reCAPTCHA checks that a form is being filled in by a person. It may read information about your browser and device and send it to Google. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Telephone country prefix

To pre-select the country prefix in our phone fields, your browser asks our server — and, if that does not answer, public services such as Cloudflare or ipwho.is — which country your IP address belongs to. Only the country is used, and it is not stored by us.

Language and display preferences

The website remembers your light/dark mode choice and your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage or in a cookie. This information stays on your device.

Cookies and similar technologies

A notice at the bottom of the screen asks you to choose between Accept All and Necessary Only. Your choice is remembered for one year, and you can change it at any time with Cookie Settings in the page footer.

  • Necessary: remembers your cookie choice, your light/dark mode setting and protects forms from abuse. These do not require consent.
  • Analytics (optional): Google Analytics, loaded only after Accept All.
  • Third-party content: if a page embeds a map or a video (for example YouTube, Vimeo or Google Maps), the provider may set its own cookies when you play or interact with it.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then work less well.

Legal bases for using your information

Where data-protection law such as the EU/UK GDPR or China’s Personal Information Protection Law applies, we rely on: your request to take steps before entering a contract (quotations and inquiries); our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the website and in answering business enquiries; your consent (analytics cookies, which you can withdraw at any time); and legal obligations.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that host and deliver the website and send email on our behalf, such as Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery), our web-server and mail providers, and Google (reCAPTCHA and, if enabled, Analytics).
  • Professional advisers, freight forwarders, agents or distributors who need your details to deal with your enquiry, in which case they are bound to keep it confidential.
  • Authorities or other parties when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

International transfers

We are located in China and our providers operate in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live, including in China, the United States and the European Union. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections.

How long we keep your information

  • Inquiries, contact messages and the related emails: as long as needed to handle your request and the resulting business relationship, and normally no longer than 5 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.
  • Comments: for as long as the article is published, or until you ask us to remove them.
  • Visitor statistics: 18 months, then deleted automatically.
  • Cookie and display preferences: up to 1 year, on your own device.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy in a portable format, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity first and will reply within the time the law requires.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, restricted access to the administration system and anti-spam protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for business users. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

This website may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add a feature. The current version, with its “last updated” date, is always available on this page.
